Living in Long Island, New York for the past 20+ years, Simran has a deep love and knowledge of the area.  Having worked in executive leadership positions across the Finance and Luxury Beauty industries, Simran is a terrific people person and excels in building and maintaining relationships.  

 

Simran’s strong work ethic and focused attention to detail led her to major in Finance from New York Institute of Technology in Old Westbury, and to go on to have a successful career at the prestigious banking institutions of Merrill Lynch and Goldman Sachs; however, having an eye for aesthetics and passion to help others find beauty led her to shift careers and move into the beauty industry where she led a global luxury hair and skincare company as the Head of Sales. Utilizing her strong interpersonal skills, Simran was able to understand both the consumer and market needs & trends and to be able to efficiently negotiate between buyers and sellers.

 

Growing up through the years watching family members and friends work in real estate has led Simran to this next chapter of her career. Combining her love for the Long Island area with her ability to connect people through honesty and sincerity, Simran’s passion is now to help both buyers and sellers realize their dreams by assisting to navigate the real estate market.

 

Being a proud mother of two young girls, Simran loves spending time with her family when she is not holding an open house, showing or searching for the perfect property for her clients. She can be found around the area with her family soaking up all the wonderful riches of the Long Island area.
